Step 1. The Application

The initial application takes less than 14 minutes, and is very straightforward. There are a few possibly tricky questions and those are answered in this short video explaining the process.
Step 2. Authorize License Transfer
(1 min.)
After finishing the application, you are now able to approve the license transfer. This MUST come from you, and the steps in this video will explain what is required of you.
Should you choose to delay license transfer, you can initiate a "Letter Of Intent" as a placeholder if you would like to.
Talk to your sponsor and see if this is right for you.

Step 3. The "Congratulations" e-Mail! You're a part of the team!

What to Expect From Here...
It's Official. We are Partners. What comes next?
At this point we (The GPS Group) are going to take over and help you manage all those emails and we are going to do this with something we've built over the last 3 years to take their place.
It is simple to use, organized, in the exact right order and most importantly MUCH quicker than trying to make sense of all those emails. We have named it the JUMPSTART CHECKLIST. Now, please save the e-mails for now but you will not need to refer to them unless you'd like to. (A little word of advice: Everything in the emails you're getting is in the JUMPSTART CHECKLIST, AND it's in the exact right order)
1st up, you will be receiving an email from us and the subject will be as follows:
" 1. YOUR SUCCESS with EXP IS IN THIS E-MAIL- Topic: The Jumpstart Checklist and your back of house software, EXPEnterprise "
This e-mail contains 2 tutorial videos that will help you get started and will also allow you to download that checklist we are referring to. Watch each video through completion and when you're done, you'll receive the next 2 videos in an additional email with a similar subject.
We have the ability to see if you've watched the videos and instructions, and this is for your own success. These steps are so important to assuring you have every advantage and tools for your success. Honestly, it is ALL about you.
Once complete with the 4 short videos, the last e-mail that will allow you to schedule your personal on-boarding call with us. They are every day at 10 am EST and after your first one, you're welcome back as often as you like. Think of this time as your personal support time.
For those who have sold homes before and are joining us with experience, you'll find the learning curve and access to all your tools to be a short 2 hours over a couple of days (and quicker should you choose it to be).
For Emerging Agents (new to real estate), be prepared. The next 4 weeks are 40-50 hour weeks, full of new skills to perform and practice, and high accountability. It will be tough, but our mission is to have you writing your first contract with a client within 4 weeks, so be prepared!
