Q. Who/What/Where is The GPS Group?
A. The GPS Group is a group of Agents Helping Agents and we’re located in over 27 different states and a few countries outside of the United States. We are brokered by eXp Realty and while we’re happy about that we respect the relationship that you have with your current broker.
Q. Is the GPS Group an official team?
A. No. We are a group of likeminded agents that want to see each other succeed. We believe that is done through Growth, Partnership, and Synergy (hence: “The GPS Group”).
Q. Who can attend the Morning Mastermind (training) calls?
A. Any Real Estate Agent or Realtor is welcome to attend - doesn’t matter which brokerage you're with or your level of experience.
Q. What do I need to do in order to join The GPS Group?
A. Super simple! You’ll need to select a current GPS Group member as your Sponsor when you fill out your application to join eXp.
Q. Who will be supporting me once I join The GPS Group?
A. Your Sponsor & their Business Partners. Anyone in the group (of almost 1000 agents worldwide) that you can learn from and work with. The Daily Masterminds are a great place to ask for help!
Q. What’s the On-Boarding process like?
A. We have a 4 Week On-Boarding process that is proven to get even newly licensed agents set up and in the game. If you are an experienced agent you can expect a 1-2 days On-Boarding timeline. (Please note that this is YOUR business and your implementation timeline is a direct reflection of your desire to be in production and to be successful).
Q. Do I have to attend the Morning Mastermind calls?
A. Absolutely not. We announce to The GPS Group members what the topics for the upcoming week will be. Take what you can, contribute when you can.
Q. What topics are covered in the calls?
A. We cover a great number of topics over the course of the year. The topics range from negotiating and contracts to lead generation and mindset.
Q. Can I host/teach a Morning Mastermind?
A. Of course you can! We encourage everyone to find their niche, own it, and come back to tell us what you’ve learned and how we can possibly further your success or follow in your footsteps. Complete the form to Teach a Class and we'll get you on the calendar.
